Cri Cri is a rechargeable lamp designed by Studio Natural for the brand Foscarini.
A day trip to the country. Chirping cicadas. A picnic – a chequered tablecloth on the grass. This is the festive, relaxed atmosphere summoned up by Cri Cri: a wireless lamp with an internal rechargeable battery, to hang up or set down anywhere – outdoors or indoors. On its own or in combinations, open fully or adjusted halfway, Cri Cri gives you the freedom to create always different lighting scenarios: the intelligent LED board allows regulation of light intensity on three level with a simple touch.
Cri Cri is an “easy” object, almost affectionately useful: the body is in silicon and gives the light a tactile appeal. You can recharge the lamp from an outlet, a computer or a battery pack. It is a lamp designed to be “lived”: carried around, touched, experienced. When it isn’t needed, it discreetly steps aside: when closed it becomes compact for easy storage.
