Description
The Doo-Wop suspension lamp was originally designed by Louis Poulsen in collaboration with the Department of Navy Buildings in 1950. Light has been used in many settings for the navy, including canteens and offices, due to its versatility. The light was removed from Louis Poulsen’s catalog but because of the recent demand for auctions and antique stores light has been relaunched. Much like the original, even in its production methods, light has changed only the colors available to maintain modern times.
